Google Earth - how close are we to individual identificationl? - license plate recognition software development kit

Google Earth has now the possibility of satellite images of people and faces and license plates for a given location on Earth to see.

Presumably, the technique can be used for facial recognition to identify people whose faces you can see in the pictures. But how long before an analysis is possible to determine whether a particular person at a specific location, in fact, a person wanted by the authorities, even if the face is not visible? It may sound crazy, but when you said 15 years ago, you'd get in a position in one direction on your computer and blow a satellite photograph of the house and garden, with the details you can see a person in court would be the people thought you were crazy ....

Any thoughts ..... See main article for more information .... www.drudgereport.com

Do you already have the image of the street, you can do now? It really is time, of course, but it can go on the road at 360 degrees and in the streets of New York, Los Angeles, Denver, Las Vegas and Miami.

Even if the technology is available, the government used to test the resistance (good or bad) to wiretaps of suspected terrorists, and we had this technology for who knows how long.

When I was in my street, when Google made the picture, I think, would be the most capable of my face) (but probably not to see the whole.

Edit:
It is assumed that, at present relatively simple and easy to expand and also images in real time.
